1. Payment In consideration for receiving the Lead Retrieval Services, Exhibitor agrees to pay the fees specified in the Order.
  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy Rental orders canceled seven (7) or more days prior to the Event are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Rental orders canceled less than seven (7) days before the Event are non-refundable, and the full rental fee will be forfeited. All other canceled orders are subject to a $25 administrative processing fee per order.
  3. Replacement cost for lost or damaged equipment iPhone SE®: $550.00. iPad®: $450.00.
  4. Limitation of Liability Fairplicity bears no responsibility for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of sales, loss due to business interruption or inability to use the Lead Retrieval Services, and/or loss of data arising out of or relating to the Agreement, even if Exhibitor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Fairplicity’s total liability arising out of or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Exhibitor for the applicable goods and services. Fairplicity shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet or venue connectivity issues, third-party service interruptions, or the Exhibitor’s failure to follow provided instructions or system requirement.
  5. Device Compatibility It is the Exhibitors responsibility to ensure that the device they use at the show meets the minimum requirements to run the fpLeads app.
  6. Data Responsibility Exhibitor acknowledges that lead data collected through fpLeads is the responsibility of the Exhibitor once exported or downloaded. Exhibitor is responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws and regulations regarding the collection, storage, and use of attendee information.
